Mystery Photos

A photo is only as good as the story that accompanies it.  Too often we turn a photo over to see what information is recorded on the back.  Most often it is blank.  Our society would like to record as much information as possible about history of the people and the town of Pictou.  We are soliciting your help.  To assist us we have added a feature to our website called "Mystery Photos" .

Any information regarding the year the photo was taken, the location, the identity of the people or the circumstances involved during that moment of time will be appreciated. Please continue to offer any other details regarding photos on the web site so we can continue to preserve our historic past.

If you have information to share about our mystery photos, just email us at pictouphotos@gmail.com
